Chris Mars, former drummer for iconic Minneapolis rock band The Replacements, eventually left the music scene to pursue visual arts. A painter and filmmaker, Mars' work is influenced by his acute familiarity with social stigmas he's observed through his relationship with his schizophrenic older brother.
